Services

  • All services include onsite records of: Date of visit, chemical test, amount of chemicals added, pool serviced, filter cleaning and any other additional comments that might need to be made. This record is kept in the Time Clock Box.
  • All prices are per month.
  • Chemicals included in service are: Chlorine, Muriatic Acid, Soda Ash, 3” Chlorinating Tablets, and Diatomaceous Earth.
  • Algaecides and Cyanuric Acid are an additional cost.

 

Conditions of Service

  1. DE Filters must have a working backwash valve.
  2. Customer agrees to have conditioner added when needed, to stabilize pool water to hold chemicals. The cost of this is not included in the regular monthly rate.
  3. Access must be provided to pool if resident isn’t home. This includes clear pathways to pool area unlocked gates and POOL COVERS MUST BE OFF. Royal Pool Service will not take pool covers off just in case it accidentally rips. Only if there is a solar cover reel system will Royal Pool Service take covers off.
  4. Water Level is the responsibility of resident and NOT that of Royal Pool Service. The resident must maintain proper water level and equipment must run enough hours to keep pool filtered properly.
  5. Customer must agree to have filter acid washed at least once a year.
  6. Monthly rate is based on a four-week month (48week year) to compensate for holidays and rain days, which may fall on your service day. Royal Pool Service does not make it up and we do not deduct for that missed day. If your day happens to not fall on a rain day or holiday you can actually get up to four free weeks in a year.
  7. Billing is done ten days prior to the first of each month for that upcoming month and payments are due before the first of the month of service.
  8. If there is a leak in the pool due to cracks, underground leaks, etc… Royal Pool Service reserves the right to charge separately for all chemicals.

Royal Pool Service is responsible for the completion of the services specified in this agreement. Omission of any of these particular services does not constitute a default by Royal Pool Service of this agreement. Royal Pool Service will make every attempt to complete these services in a professional manner. Royal Pool Serviceis not responsible for any pre-existing conditions or damages to the pool structure or it’s operating equipment. Royal Pool Service shall not be held liable for improper water level of the pool. All materials used to satisfy this agreement are covered by the original manufacturers warranty. These materials will be applied according to manufacturers specifications. Royal Pool Service makes no implied warranties and shall not be held liable in the event of a manufacturers product failure or poor performance.

In the event Royal Pool Service shall employ an attorney or bring suit to enforce any of the terms of this agreement, Royal Pool Service shall be entitled to reasonable attorney’s fees and expenses of litigation.
All accounts are due and payable by the first of the month of service and delinquent accounts shall bear interest at the rate of 1.5% per month. Rates are subject to change.
